A 500 US $ Student Award is sponsored by the International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) to encourage the participation of students and young researchers to Motor Control research.
The prize is awarded to the best abstract submission to an event of the Motor Control Group Symposium This year, the award will be allocated to a student participating in the 9th Symposium of the Motor Control Group held on the opening day of the 66th Annual Meeting of ACSM in Orlando, Florida.
The winner will have the opportunity to present his/her work during the symposium.
Students currently enrolled in an academic program are eligible for the award. Recent PhD graduates are considered eligible if they have received their doctoral degree in the year of abstract submission.
The winner is selected based on the scientific quality of the abstract and relevance to the topic of the symposium: “The Integration of Motor Control into the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Sports Injuries“.
